the Cisco 642-414 IPTD IP exam and the Cisco 642-642 QOS exam for the Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist certification, the Cisco 642-425 IPTT exam and the Cisco 642-642 QOS exam for the Cisco IP Telephony Operations Specialist certification, and the Cisco 642-481 CRMC exam and the Cisco 642-432 CVOICE exam for the Cisco Rich Media Communications Specialist certification

Cisco IP Communications Recertification:
Each Cisco IP Communications certification only has a maximum lifetime of two years. After two years the student has a choice of either passing the Cisco IP Communications exam(s), OR just pass the CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) written exam from or later than the 1 st October 2004.
